At Semsem, we strive to provide you with the best customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • The product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Items not in their original condition.
  • Items returned after the 3-day notification period.

4. Refund Process

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection after inspection.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment or as store credit.

5. Exchange Process

  • We will replace the item with the correct or new item if available.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • In case of Semsem’s error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
