At Semsem, we strive to provide you with the best customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
- The product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong product.
2. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used or opened.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Items returned after the 3-day notification period.
4. Refund Process
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection after inspection.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment or as store credit.
5. Exchange Process
- We will replace the item with the correct or new item if available.
6. Shipping for Returns
- In case of Semsem’s error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
